Villas have always fascinated me for many reasons. Having lived in flats/ apartments almost all my life, I long to live in a villa; that too one of those cool luxury villas with a pool and BBQ grill right by the side. So what gives villas such a special place in my heart? I guess growing up with a luxury villa right by my flat has had its effect on me. I had the chance to live in a villa for a few days when I was at my aunt’s place. Long winding roads, smell of fresh cut grass, crystal blue stream right by the door, no nosey neighbors, and the experience was absolutely amazing. Apartment and villa prices are neck on neck and I see no point in buying an apartment when I can get a villa for the same price. I am saving up to buy my own villa and I should have the resources ready by next year end may be. Anyone else out there a true villa fan?
